NY) The 504 Company, a leading provider of alternative small business financing, has announced the appointment of new directors to its Board of Directors and Loan Committee.
Recent appointments to The 504 Company Board of Directors are Mary Bintz, Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, Kale B. Gaston, Senior Vice President at Bank of America N.A., Oliver Kardos, KeyBank N.A., James Murphy, Senior Vice President at National Union Bank of Kinderhook, and Michael V. Shepherd, East Regional Manager
for Chase Specialty Finance.
Additionally, Donald DiMartini, Senior Vice President at Citibank and Eleni
Monios, Group Vice President and Metro Market Manager for M&T Bank
were appointed to The 504 Company’s Loan Committee, which is responsible for
guiding credit decisions at the organization.
Patrick MacKrell, President and CEO and Herbert Chorbajian, Chairman of the Board
welcomed the new directors and committee members at recent meetings. “Together,
