SBA Notice: Deferments on SBA 7(a) and 504 Business Loans and Microloans

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, the SBA has issued a notice reminding SBA 7(a) Loan Lenders, Certified Development Companies, and Microloan Intermediaries (such as Pursuit) of their ability to provide temporary relief in the form of deferred payments to existing borrowers under certain circumstances.

We wanted to ensure that our valued partners are aware of this notice and our ability to defer payments for certain clients, if required.
