SBA Names Top Performing Lenders in Upstate New York for Fiscal Year 2014

Syracuse, NY:  The SBA Syracuse District Office released the 2014 fiscal year lending report, which shows that loans approvals are on the rise. According to the report, there were 648 7(a) and 504 loan approvals valued at $146.9 million across the 34-county Syracuse District. This is a 10 percent increase in number of loans approved and a 14 percent increase in dollar value over the last year. The most active lenders in the Central New York, the Southern Tier and Capital Region were announced.  Empire State CDC: The 504 Company was named the most active 504 lender district-wide with 36 approvals valued at $19.4 million. The 504 Company was also named the top Community Advantage lender in the district, approving 16 loans worth $2.1 million.  Please see below for links to the SBA press releases announcing the top lenders in each area:
