  • $2,610,274 to purchase real estate for a full-service metalworks manufacturer and fabricator in Queens County, NY.
  • $200,000 to purchase real estate for a full-service event design and coordination company in Monroe County, NY.
  • $318,500 to purchase real estate for a medical practice in Queens County, NY.
  • $150,000 for leasehold improvements for a coffee shop in New York County, NY.
