Loan Closings: Week of February 17, 2020

Last week, the Pursuit team provided $1.1 million in alternative financing to businesses in New York and Pennsylvania. With this funding, businesses were able to complete renovation projects, access working capital, and make leasehold improvements.   • $724,400 for renovations for a plastic surgery and skincare office in New York County, NY.
  • $285,950 for leasehold improvements for a full-service restaurant in Onondaga County, NY.
  • $50,000 for working capital for a clothing wholesaler in Queens County, NY.
  • $50,000 for working capital for a café in Philadelphia County, PA.
