Loan Closings: Week of August 26, 2019

As the month of August came to an end, our lending team finished strong by providing more than $4.5 million in financing to small businesses in New York and New Jersey. This included:

  • $230,000 to purchase real estate for a hair styling boutique in Saratoga County, NY.
  • $820,000 to purchase real estate for a neurology practice in New York County, NY.
  • $2,900,000 to purchase real estate for a motorcycle accessories wholesale distributor in Passaic County, NJ.
  • $150,000 for working capital for a multimedia services and printing store in New York County, NY.
  • $533,750 to purchase real estate for a restaurant in Nassau County, NY.
