Paola Garcia-Villari
Managing Vice President, Business Advisory Services and Business Development Officer, Pursuit
Paola Garcia-Villari is responsible for overseeing and operating Pursuit’s Business Advisory Services (BAS) team. She joined Pursuit as an underwriter in 2013, working on the Hurricane Sandy loan and grant programs. During her time with Pursuit, Paola has developed significant relationships with banks and referral partners and has helped thousands of small businesses obtain the capital they need to grow. Prior to Pursuit, Paola worked at NYC Business Solutions – Lower Manhattan as a Finance Account Manager and as Senior Loan Officer at Accion USA. She is a graduate of Hunter College, where she received her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry and Biology. Paola was born in Colombia and now lives in New York with her husband and their two-year-old son, Lucas.
Peter Davenport
Senior Partner, Alera Group
Peter is a Senior Partner in employee benefits at The Alera Group. Peter has a long and successful track record specializing in health and welfare benefits since 2005. Peter has earned the reputation from peers and clients alike of being thorough and dedicated to his client’s needs. Peter is often involved in almost every step of the benefits process, from vendor negotiations to employee education. It’s his goal to deliver to every client the most customized benefits package that will achieve the highest level of employee satisfaction, while controlling benefit costs.
Justin Rosen
Vice President, Business Development, Alera Group
Justin supports companywide strategic growth initiatives and national sales opportunities, specializing in a proprietary program for fully insured customers that differentiates Alera Group from our competition. Drawing upon his more than 20 years in the corporate benefit advisory space, Justin focuses primarily on helping organizations control long-term spending while maintaining competitive rewards programs for employees.
Amanda Gelsomino
Senior Consultant, PEO Spectrum
Amanda Gelsomino is a Senior Consultant at PEO Spectrum, where she brings over seven years of specialized experience in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) space. She works closely with businesses to simplify the PEO selection process, offering expert guidance on HR outsourcing, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions. Known for her strategic insight and client-first approach, Amanda helps companies find the right PEO fit to streamline operations and support long-term growth. Before joining PEO Spectrum, Amanda built a dynamic career in the hospitality industry, holding roles in restaurant management, catering, and event planning. Her background in high-paced, customer-focused environments gives her a unique edge in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
