Paycheck Protection Program Application Support

What is the status of my application? 

If you received an email from our team stating that your application was approved, your loan will be funded within the next week. Please pay close attention to your email (including your junk email) for next steps.

Can I apply for PPP as an independent contractor or sole proprietor? 

We are currently reviewing applications for independent contractors and sole proprietors. To apply, please use the application and submit the information that is relevant to you. A member of our team will be in touch if we need additional documentation.

I didn't get a confirmation email. Was my application submitted?

Please check your junk mailbox for the email confirmation. If you did not receive it, email [email protected] with your business name and the email you registered with and we can verify that your application was received. 

Can I view my submitted application or get a copy of it?

No, our application does not currently offer this feature.

I don’t have all the documents listed or have other types of documents. What do I do?

Please upload the documents that you do have. A member of our team will reach out to you within 3 business days if additional documents are required.

Can I edit my application or send additional documents once it has been submitted? 

No, you cannot edit an application once it has been submitted. If the change you would like to make is substantial or you would like to send additional documents, please send an email to [email protected] with your business name and we will add a note to your file. 

How do I find a saved application? 

If you hit “save for later” on your application before exiting, you can log back into the application and pick up where you left off. To do so, log back in and click “Application Form.” You will see a bar at the top with your saved application. Click “Load” on the most recent version and your information will appear in the application.
